1. The URL and VAR Domain to use for accessing your environment

2. bitsolutions
   
2. Your login details
   
1. Username
   
2. Password
   
3. Links that allow you to download the required clients which is only available after you've signed in
   
1. URL for Onsite Manager
   
2. URL for Device Manager for Windows (.msi)
   
3. URL for Device Manage for Mac (.zip)
   

To get started, login to the platform, you will be prompted to enter in a 2 Factor Authentication (2FA)

2 Factor Authentication helps keep your environment safe and secure by ensuring that you are providing something you know (Password) and something you have (Phone)

Now please go ahead and download your installation media (OM, DM for Windows, DM for Mac). Save this media locally for ease of access moving forward.
